I have fixed the problem.

Hi Shawn,

I have fixed the problem without the hotfix etc.

I went into help and selected detect and repair and ran thru it, then shutdown and rebooted, it then read emails from my server fine without the reminder error.

So thanks for your help and it looks like you can fix this problem (some of the time) without the hotfix.
