Default Enabling Windows Search Email Indexer in OutLook 2010

HI

I'm using Outlook 2010 32-bit and I noticed that, in the Add-Ins tab of the Options window, the Windows Search Email Indexer component is disabled and I can not enable it from this window. Why?

THANKS
