Default Outlook Personal Folders Backup - 2010

Is there ANY way that I can get Microsoft Outlook Personal Folders Backup to work in Office 2010 in a Win 7 (32 bit) environment?

IT worked fine under Vista and Office 2007 but since upgrading to Windows 7 and Office 2010 it no longer does a backup!

It seems to have installed (OK) and the App title appears under the Add-ins tab in Outlook 2010.

When slected, the app opens as before, offering me the choice to Save a backup but that's where it ends. after selecting Save and then exiting Outlook 2010 I do NOT get the Save progress window as I did in Outlook 2007 and when looking in Appdata\Local\Microsoft\Outlook, no backups appear (only archives). I want to backup Outlook and Archives - which I was ablke to do in the old environment.

Any help/advice on this?
