I've been searching everywhere trying to resolve this.



The error I receive while sending is 0x800ccc0b.

While using Microsoft Outlook at work it is impossible to receive emails that have attachments that are excel files with macros. Every other email arrives just fine.

You can go and view everything on the email server, but when outlook tries to receive the files it stalls on the email, deletes it from the server, and errors (Reported Error 0x800ccc0b unknown error 0x800ccc0b)

I log into the server, see the email sitting in my inbox. I run outlook and retrieve the file and it is removed from the server and doesn't get put in my outlook inbox.

One of our vendors who sends the emails with excel macros says that they send them to hundreds of people and the only ones that have experienced issues are those at my company.

We run Trend Micro Server Security Agent (if that helps). Under security Protection Status it has POP3 mail OFF, but I'm not to sure what the server settings are.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?
