Create a spesific Outlook Icon?

First off, its Outlook 2003. My superviser recieved an email from a co-worker asking him this:


Do you know if its possible to create an outlook icon with pre-set appointment configurations. IE, I create a lot of appointment to do a task. I would like to create a dedicated icon for an appointment is always set to Tentative and labeled a certain color.
Your thoughts if you know this has been done?

Any help with this would be greatly appriciated
