Default Trouble updating a form

I modified a custom form created by a coworker years ago. I published the updated form to the Organizational Forms Library. I looked for all other copies I could find of the old form. I deleted my frmcache.dat file.

When I send this new form it does two things. Sends the form as a mail message and posts a copy of the form to a public folder.

Here is the problem. The updated form gets copied to the public folder.

HOWEVER, the old version of the form gets sent as the e-mail????
How can I get rid of the old version and have the new version sent?

Thanks, Tom
