Microsoft made it that each email account has its own folder hierarchy. It is possible to set up a rule that will forward any message sent to you to one folder of your choosing. However, doing this will make it difficult to respond as the email address it was received as. A secondary option is to add the inbox to the favorites line. Doing this will keep each inbox in a closer proximity or more user friendly position.
Hope this helps. |
