I'm new to Outlook 2010. In a previous life I used Lotus Notes and was able to create and insert buttons into outgoing messages which, when pressed by the recipient, sent an appropriately worded acknowledement back to the sender.
Messages such as: Dear Sender, Many thanks for your email entitled nnnnnnnnn sent on date. I have read and fully understood the contents of this email and it's attachment(s). Regards Recipient All the words in Bold Italic would be picked up from the original message and inserted into the response. How do I start to tackle the creation of a similar "manually operated" acknowledgement button using Outlook 2010? ![]() |
