Calender view problems

[Outlooking]

I can't get my Calender in Outlook 2003 to give day, week or month views. Instead it just comes up with a list of engagements. I can't find anything in View settings.

Also some email ares are not being marked as read even when they have been.

I ran repair Office 2003 and that was reported as successfully accomplished.
