Can not Configure Outlook 2007 for the first time

Default Can not Configure Outlook 2007 for the first time

I am having difficulty configuring Outlook 2007 Standard for the first time.



First time = Just installed MS Office.

Trying to configure my Gmail account using Outlook

OS = Vista Home Basic

Starts with a message MS Exchange is unavailable !

Attached please find screen shots that shows what I am experiencing

You will need to setup the account as a pop 3 or IMAP. You wouldn't use Exchange for a Gmail account.
