Default Outlook is gone...

On one of the office computers, in an attempt to fix another problem, someone either tried to repair or update their outlook. This process froze. I don't know how they got out of the freeze, but by the time I got there to take a look, everything regarding Outlook was gone, the .exe file, the icons for links to the program, even the mail option in the control panel. I've tried reinstalling it from comcast, and it downloads fine, runs the installer, and then nothing. I've tried repairing it through add/remove programs (as this is the only evidence the program was ever there), and when it's done doing its thing, no result. I attempted to copy the file from another computer to a server this computer had access to, but attempts to open outlook this way result in an error message involving (0x8000003). Anyone have any type of help, advice or solution on this?
