Cannot see all recipients in "to" field in new mail message (Outlook 2007)
NOTE: The following situation applies to email that I am RECEIVING!!!
I am using Outlook 2007 with an Exchange Account. When an email is sent to multiple recipients I ONLY see my name in the "to" field. I will admit that I do not know if the names are manually typed in or if they're part of a distribution list. One of my coworkers is able to see all of the people in the "to" field in the same message whereas I only see my name. I'd like to know if there is a way to change it so that I, too, am able to see all the names/addresses listed in the "To" field on messages sent to multiple users. Thank you. |
