Envelope icon when using rules in Outlook
That's an oldie.. and I didn't manage to find a solution all over the web over years, but never opened a thread for it. When e-mail is arriving not to the Inbox folder (automatically moved to another folder, by applied rules), the envelope notification icon doesn't appear in the taskbar. I tried the application MailAlert, which supposed to fix the problem, unfortunately it's not compatible with Outlook 2010 64bit. I am aware of the desktop alert option, but I'm specifically interested in the envelope notification icon. |

Well, that solves half of it. In my opinion the simple notification icon was good enough and not TOO disturbing, this basically notifies you about a new message same way, but also a bit more disturbing.
Thanks anyway. |
