Auto preview wont switch off
Hi all,
can anybody explain why I cannot switch off the auto preview from my out look, I am using outlook 2002 w/SP2. my inbox appears as default with the preview pane and the auto preview and everytime i switch off the auto preview, and switch folders to something other than the inbox,it reapears upon enterring the inbox. would anybody know what i have to do to permantly remove the auto preview and only activate it when necessary? any help will be grateful.
