Default Time Zones Screw Up

My phone died so I synched all my contacts & calendar info to Outlook (2003). The contacts converted across fine but all appointments have been moved forward 10 hours. My time zone is east coast Australia which is 10 hours ahead of the default - I was confident that both my phone & PC were set up with the correct time zones but maybe not (the PC certainly is). Any full-day appts have correctly converted across to the correct day, but all other appts have been moved back 10 hours in Outlook. I have no chance to go back into my old phone now to change settings & re-convert.

Any tips for updating all appts to the correct time, or moving them 10 hours ahead?
