Default Error message

I am suddenly getting the following error message when I try to open any internet link contained in an email message:

This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on thes computer. Please contact your system administrator.

I have Vista and I am using Office 7.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance

Tim
