Wayne,

So the proper assistance can be given, can you please clarify some information:

1. Do you have your Work email set up using your outlook 2007 client?
2. Who is the mail service provider of your secondary email address or personal email address?
3. have you configured your Outlook 2007 client with a secondar account configured to your personal email address?
4. is your work email an exchange account?

Please keep us updated and we will do our best to offer the best assistance.

Best Regards,
