My client is having difficulty with her email, and I'm not very familiar with Outlook or network issues. At a school where she volunteers, she cannot send email to anyone, the emails stay in her outbox. However, she does not have this problem at home, and web-based email is sending out fine. I'm her go-to person for most things technical, but email simply isn't my strongpoint. Any input is greatly appreciated!
