Hi
I would appreciate some help. I have Outlook 2000. Many times I want to send multiple emails to staff members and associates but I have to send them one at a time because I dont want to breach Privacy Laws by informing people of other peoples email addresses. How do I send multiple emails without disclosing everybodies email address to everyone else? Or is there an email package I can get that will do this? I would really appreciate some advise and thank you in advance for your help Ralph |

I would suggest upgrading to a newer version of Oulook and looking into an exhange service.
Most email providers do not allow the viewing of encrypted content. Hope this information was found helpful. |

If you are trying to send an email to multiple people, but do not want anyone to see the other email addresses, just add the contacts to the BCC field. This will send the email to everyone, but it will hide the email addresses.
