Default Mail Times Wrong

I'm using Outlook 2000 with Windows XP. If I create an e-mail and send it to myself the time sent stamp is correct. If I read the e-mail as soon as I recieve it, almost immediately, the time recieved stamp is an hour earlier. Any help would be appreciated.

check your time\date settings on both your local computer and exchange server (if your using one). Make sure the box titled "automatically adjust for daylight savings time" is checked
