Default Outlook 2007/2010 Calendarinvites - answer not showing

Hi
We have many different versions on the clients.

Server : Exchange 2007 with sp3 on windows server 2003 r2.
Outlook 2007 and 2010 on windows
Mail and outlook 2011 on mac.
Exchange connection on Iphone 4.
When a user sends out a calendarinvite not all the answers is showing up in his list of accepted/ non accepted list.
Outlook 2007/2010 - Accept - Edit before send > Works, the answer is sent and shows.
Outlook 2007/2010 - Accept - Send response now > Not working, the answer is not sent.
Outlook 2007/2010 - Accept - Do not send response > Not working, no response is sent.
Exchange on Iphone - Works, shows in list.

anyone who has the same problem?

/Thomas
