Default Propose new time issue

We are using Exchange 2003 in stalled on Server 2003. A meeting is created with 2 or more attendees in Outlook calendar. One of the attendees proposes a new time and an email gets sent to the orginatore. The originator gets the email but goes directly into his Deleted Items not his Inbox. Does anyone know how this is happening, maybe some kind of rule created? It happens to all of my users.

Thank you in advance.
