I have 2 fax/scanners that have been set up to allow employees to scan a document and send it to their email. This system worked fine up until recent SMTP changes made by our Exchange provider. The changes broke the functionality of the scanner. I talked to our Scanner Vendor and found that the equipment we have doesn't support SSL authentication. Which is required by our Exchange Provider. Is there any way we can get around that requirement for this equipment?
