How To Add Multiple Email Address Folders in Outlook 2021

I have two email accounts, both of which used to be linked as IMAP in Windows Outlook. I converted both OST files to PST. I added my first account to Outlook and associated it to the first PST file. I then added my second account and they both appear in the Account Settings/Email Accounts. My questions are 1) how do I get the second account to appear as a folder so I can receive email and 2) how can I associate my second PST file to my second email address? Change Folder under email doesn't allow for any options and Add under Data Files gives me an error.



Any ideas on how to correct this?
