Unhappy Reverting to Classic Outlook

Try as I might I cannot get happy with the New Outlook. It seems to always do its best thawt me. So I have started the move back to the Classic Outlook.

As I have just bought a new Windows 11 PC it did not come with Classic Outlook installed. After searching the web I was able to download and install Classic Outlook.

When I open Classic Outlook I get a window with a white background, plus (i) the Outlook logo, (ii) a request for my email address and (iii) the heading Advance Options which gives me the option of setting up my email account manually.

Tha'ts it, there is nothing else - no means of progressing to the next page.

In the Control Panel I see that Microsoft Classic 2016-en-GB has been installed.

How do I proceed from here?

Is there any way of bypassing the auto account setup and the do it later?
