As a test, I would suggest that you close Outlook, create a new Outlook profile named something like "TEST 2025-03-19" (don't touch your existing profile), and change the settings to "Prompt me for a profile to use".
Start Outlook and select the TEST profile. Once it has finished setup, try and open (add/attach) only the PST file you want. How do I create a new Outlook profile
