Default message rule based on headers (smtp alias)

I have someone who has multiple email addresses on his account, ie
joe@company.com

jobs@company.com

He wants to apply a rule to send all emails coming into jobs@company.com into a specific folder but I don't see how to create a rule based on message headers.

I realize a couple of alternatives are
- create a new mailbox for jobs and set him as a delegate
- require people to include job: in the subject line when replying

but neither of those are all that elegant. Is there a solution to this problem using message rules? Thanks much for any help.
