Up until a week ago, I was able to cut and paste an incoming HTML email message to an outgoing email message. Last night, I attempted to do this for 3 hours, and all I saw was the little "paste" logo, but no image. No settings have been changed. I even cut off my email filter, and still could not do it. Does anyone have any ideas? I use XP SP2, with the Zone Alarm Security suite as my firewall and protection. I do use Outlook 2003. Thanks in advance. Jeff

you may have to clear your clipboard... have you tried restarting and then seeing if you can copy\paste? Can you copy\paste into other applications, like MS word?
