Go get a gmail account. See if you can see pics. Isn't it seeming like a problem with Virgin Media?

I don't think it's related to Virgin Media as I have Covad as my ISP. This is really a mystery.

I just tested Gmail and I still cannot view the pictures. It really is bizarre. I'm tearing my hair out with this.

Recently had the same problem. Ran Internet Explorer 8 and found that the "Tools" - "Work Offline" box was checked. Unchecked the box and images in Outlook now load as normal. Hope it helps.

The work offline option on my Internet Explorer 8 isn't in tools. It's under the "File" tab. It is however not checked so this isn't the problem.
Thanks for your help though. |

Red X Problem with MS Outlook 2007
Here's what I did. I use Firefox as my default browser and it didn't occur that the problem might be with IE. After all of the obvious setting checks and adjustments in Outlook and Norton, I finally went to IE and reset all Advanced settings to the default. Voila! All the pictures are back. Hope this helps.
