change Subject (or :From") in Incoming messages
hello experts,
i get eFaxes from 4 different eFax numbers, one for each of my 4 businesses. let's say i sell Food, Cars, Bikes, and Coats. each eFax has the same Subject line "eFax message from '888-888-8888'" (or whatever number sent it) and the "From" is simply "eFax" i can't tell which of my businesses received it, until i open it and open the attached PDF. only then do i know which of my departments to Forward it to. I don't want to set a Rule, because that'll direct it to a Folder, and I want them all to hit my Inbox. i want to change the Label (or the "From") in Incoming messages so they say "eFax from Food" or "eFax from Cars" etc... based on anything in the message - maybe a Header. any chance? thanks, mac (ps. i called eFax and they can't change the Subject or the "From") |
