Default All mail goes to Junk. Why?

Hi

I'm new here. I'm using Outlook 2003 on XP. for some reason, all incoming emails are delivered to Inbox but then immediately transferred to Junk email folder. I have no idea why this is happening. Can anybody help?
All email is delivered in plain text and has to be converted to HTML. Is there a setting that will deliver HTML mail automically in HTML format?

Also, if email contains hyperlink, I can not open it and need to copy and paste to browser address bar.

Any help on these would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Thomas
