Hello guys,

When I click on an Email in my Inbox it disappears.

Example: I click on, ‘Orange’ in my Inbox. Orange disappears.

So, I type Orange in the Search Box.

Orange appears in my Inbox.

I then click on Orange and I can read the email



Has anyone encountered this, and can advise, please?.

What happens when you navigate to the message via keyboard (e.g., using the Up and Down arrow keys), and press Enter to open the message?

Keyboard keys cannot have any effect on that.
