outlook 2010 crashes on opening

i am running outlook 2010 on a windows 10 computer to open my e mails

the e mails open fine on my android phone and when opening my e mails with the talk talk web browser.


trying to acces them on the pc.
outlook opens
loads any new e mails
then crashes.


my wife is having the same problem with her e mails on her laptop.


everything was working fine yesterday.


i have tried repairing outlook 2010
removing any updates installed today
using restore point to turn back the pc 1 week


nothing has works


has anyone any ideas
