Windows Mail (New Outlook) Attacment Preview

Hello;

We have a user in our company who using Windows Mail (New Outlook) app in her PC. When she wants to open a mail and read a attachment. Attachment is opened with Preview mode, so file is opened in Windows Mail app, not opened in original program (Adobe, Excel...vs) How can we disable this.
