Auto-complete list clear after closing Outlook

Hello,

I have noticed the when I type an email in the address, suggestion are not coming up any longer.
Then if i write an email to an address, after that the auto-filling option works.

However, if I close the program and I open it again, it seems that Outlook automatically cleaned the list.

Is it something related to the program of can it be a policy of my working place ?
