Default Upgrading from Outlook Express (XP) to Outlook (Windows 7)

Hello,

Is there a surefire way of moving addresses, folders and messages from Outlook Express (on an XP computer) to Outlook (on a Win 7 computer)? If I try to use the directions from MS or those in Outlook they assume that I also have OE on the target computer which is not possible on Windows 7.

Have spent days trying to accomplish this for a friend but nothing seems to work

Thanks in advance!

PLT
