Red X on Cancel All and Work Offline
In Office 2010, Outlook, under Send/Receive, there is a Red X that can not be removed on Cancel All and Work Offline. In the instructions I should be able to click on each and the X would be removed. Will not happen.
The X's came on after installing Windows 7. Any ideas. Best regards, Joe
