Default Bookmark email for an easy access

Hello All,

In the past, to easily find important email I used to flag mail and I create a " follow up mail in the search folders and create a shortcut in the favorite section.

Where I am working now, for policy, email which are older than 3 months are not downloaded in outlook, but I need to download from the server.
Flagged mail which are older than 3 months are no longer showing up in the follow up folder.

Is there a way to bookmark and email and easily access it ?
I use the option " unread" for mail which require my attention now, while the flag option for mail which I will need in future

Thank you.
