Expand third-party email storage via Microsoft/Outlook
Hello dear Msoffice Community,
This problem has been bothering me for a long time now because I simply can't find a solution under the circumstances and wanted to ask the community if anyone might have a solution to the problem. The following backgrounds: Mac operating software, too old to install Onedrive app only accessible via web, Outlook connected to email account from another provider (third-party provider)(not gmail), Microsoft account also connected to email from third-party provider. Email storage space full on the part of the third-party provider (not expandable under the circumstances that the email continues to run under the Outlook system), Outlook version: 16.16.278 (201012), Mac version: Sierra 10.12.6. The following problem: In short, I would like to expand the storage capacity of my email and was hoping that I could solve this via my Microsoft 356 Family subscription, unfortunately I failed in the technical implementation - can anyone help me? I have created folders and shared emails, if I could somehow transfer these folders that would also help, provided they are still easily accessible via the Outlook interface. Thank you in advance for your opinion or solutions. Small Note: this is translated by google if anything is unclear for u feel free to ask i will explain it more accurately. |
