How to sync regular Outlook 2016 with Gmail

Please help, I don't know what to do anymore. I would need to sync Outlook 2016 with my Gmail account, including Contacts and Calendar. I tried a lot of tutorials, but I didn't get the result. I will be very grateful for a link or guidance.
