I had to reinstall windows so had to reinstall Office and worse of all get Outlook to work which I always find is masses of grief.

I have Outlook 20231 now installed. I have my ISP settings put in. If I send an email I get it at my phone but I am not receiving any emails and I get send error:




Task ’trevorxxxxxxxxx - Receiving’ reported error (0x8004210A) : ’The operation timed out while waiting for a response from the receiving (POP) server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).’

That's Outlook 2021.

Now have send/receive not producing the error but still not receiving emails.
