I have a project where i would need to create a share calendar for two group of people (saleperson & order take) to book appointments for migration services.

The requirements is as such:
1. The salesperson can choose any working weekdays to book a migration appointment request, and the migration services will be given two options to choose (let's say A or B).

2. Each option will be given a choice to choose either small or big migration (let's say A-small or A-big or B-small or B-big)

3. If small migration is chosen, the big migration cannot be chosen, so is the other way round.

4. small migration take less than 100 numbering, and each 30 numbering will occupy one hour time. If possible, salesperson can state the quantity

5. Big migration take more than 100 numbering, will be taking one whole day time

6. if monday is having small migration, there wont be any big migration, if tuesday is having big migration, there wont be any small migration.

7. the "order taker" has the right to accept/decline the appointment.

i am first time doing this using outlook, do i need to use FORMS/BOOKING/POWER AUTOMATE to achieve this?
