Internal emails go to RSS Subscriptions folder, not to Inbox

1. Internal emails sent to one of our users, regardless of sender, are going to his RSS Subscriptions folder rather than the Inbox. Running Office Repair yesterday afternoon appeared to resolve this, but his assistant reports this morning the problem is recurring. There are no forwarding rules set for the user.

2. External emails are being delivered to the Inbox.
