Default email adress "banned"

Hi,

Some of the adresses in my contact is "banned". I cant send email to them.
I have tried to delete the contact and then write the adress, but nothing works..
It came out of nowhere one day.
Anyone know the problem?

They may have blacklisted you for some reason. Do you receive a bounce back message?
Have you tried emailing them from a different email address than the one you are using? You may want to try that, explaining to them that you cannot email them. They may need to whitelist your email address, or add you to their safe senders list.

Hi,

If I send the email from my webmail (the online mail system from where I buy my domain), there is no problem sending. It is only when I use Outlook.
I have also tried creating a new email adress from my domain and it also can not send to the adresses.

I had the problem using Office 2007. I wanted the Office 2010 and thoght it would solve the problem, but it was the same.

The bounce back message from outlook is " none of your email accounts could send to this person" (its translated from danish )

If you can send from your webmail successfully, the problem may be in the .nk2 file. In Outlook, when you try to send him a message, do you type the full email address out, or do you use the autocomplete? If you use the autocomplete, then try typing out the full email address. If that does not work, then delete the nk2 file and try again.

To delete the nk2 file, follow these steps:

For Outlook 2010

1. Within Outlook, click on the File menu.
2. Click on Options.
3. Click on Mail on the left.
4. Scroll down to the Send Messages section.
5. Click on the Empty Auto-Complete List button.
6. A box will appear asking if you're sure you want to clear the Auto-Complete List. Click Yes.
