"Something went wrong" when opening "NEW" OUTLOOK after system recovery
I recently recovered my system using DiskGenius through the System Migration feature. After this, I encountered an issue when trying to open the "New" Outlook app; an error window appears (screenshots attached). I did not have such issue before when using same recovery method.
So far, I've attempted the following troubleshooting steps to no avail: 1, Uninstalled and reinstalled the app from the Windows Store 2, Cleared the Windows cache OS: windows 10, 22H2 I'm also interested in trying to open the "New" Outlook app in Safe Mode to see if there are any add-in issues. I'm familiar with launching the standard Outlook app in Safe Mode, but I'm not sure how to do this for the "New" Outlook. I've already tried changing or disabling add-ins in the standard Outlook app, but this didn't resolve the issue with the "New" Outlook, which has the "PRE" logo on its icon. Any guidance on how to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated. Best regards, Geng 2023-08-26_024756.png 2023-08-26_024824.png |
