Rules in outlook
Hi,
How can you add a rule exciting out several words from the subject, example: COPY 12458554 R1254 SPIE I want to have a rule based on the words COPY and R1254, because those will stay the same, the other words will change, ex COPY 569854 R1254 LAS Thx Regards |

It might not be straightforward. Creating a rule that checks for "COPY" or "R1254" in the subject line is easy. But you want a rule that checks for "COPY" and "R1254."
