I don't recall ever seeing the folder location destination in the lower right corner in the list of emails.





I'm not sure how Outlook would "know" the destination folder before one actually selects a destination folder.

The folder destination would be showing after the drag and drop to the email folder while still in search mode.

Are you referring to the faint box, on the left, next to the destination folder, that shows the text from the "From" field (right)?


In this case, the faint text on the left says "Microsoft Office Forums".
