Best tool to backup ost and/or pst

Twice I have lost emails in my Inbox.
I really need a tool to backup my Outlook 365 and it must be scheduled.
I am running with IMAP folders connected to GMAIL.
My PC runs Windows 10.

Can someone suggest a tool / software package to do this, please.
