Since this is a PO3 Account , by default the option; Leave a copy of the message on the server, is most likely enabled.
With POP3 accounts, as its name, you POP your messages from the server. So having multiple POP connection requires you to have this option enabled. If the message is deleted on your device does it not remove itself from the POP server? Keep me updated. |

Personally, I'd say that POP syncronizes with the mail server you use..
Unfortunatly, I do not have a blackberry, or any other mobile mailing device, So I really can't tell. If you found out any solution yourself, Please post it, because you got me wondering. |
