Default Outlook HTML

I have been looking to see if i can convert incoming emails to HTML format and any suggestions online won't allow me to do this.
Is there a solution for that ?

You can convert RTF messages to HTML, although I don't know a way to do this automatically.

If the incoming messages are Plain Text, converting them to HTML won't do much.

To convert, reply to or forward a message. Then you will have the option to choose RTF, HTML, or Plain Text from the Format Text ribbon.
